God makes soup. The soup is life.
My BFA2 film at CalArts, inspired by the term "primordial soup," and all of the literal potential it has.
Soup! has screened at festivals worldwide, including Animation is Film, PBS's Fine Cut Festival, Animation Block Party (Best Student Film 2025), TRIFEST (Best Animated Film 2025), and Animalcoi (AITEX Runner Up)!
And all I had to do was kill of an entire species of small, helpless creatures.

A collaboration with Matthew Lei!
You know when you go to the eye doctor, and look through that big machine to choose lens "one or two", and you really can't tell which one is better, especially because at some point the lenses stop changing blurriness and start changing what reality you're in, and you think maybe your optometrist is actually a wizard?

My BFA1 film at CalArts, a mythological twist on the age-old curmudgeon and child duo; The stoic Ferryman guides the spirit of a playful little girl across the River Styx.

(How do you crack the heart of a jaded god in 90 seconds? Baby.)

My one-week films at CalArts:
